During the warranty period our hotline will support your systems including delivery of spare parts. For technical assistance after expiration of warranty there is a service department at your disposal.

Project process of repairs:

We handle repairs according to our RMA procedure. (Return of Material Authorization)

This procedure may be performed online.
You will find the RMA description and the RMA form at Downloads.
Here you will also find the lending and return conditions for test samples.

Please fill-in our form and send it to MASS. You will receive a RMA number right away.

RMA-Bedingungen
All returns are liable to pay handling charges of least € 106,- even if you cancel the repair. Only in case of warranty this charge is omitted. We refer to our RMA-procedure.
