RPi-Box – Raspberry-Pi Embedded Box-PC

A solid metal housing for mounting in rough industrial environments contains the Raspberry Pi. The CPU unit is the Raspberry Pi 3B / 3B+ / 4B with its ARM Cortex A53 or A72. The main memory is 1 GB RAM; a micro-SD card (8GB extendable) includes the O.S. (Raspbian/Linux or Windows 10 IoT Core) and the application software.
The headless system got opto-encoupled digital I/Os or optional analog inputs for collection and processing of sensor data. The RPi-Box needs an input voltage of 12- or 24VDC. There are several enlargements of I/Os and interfaces. To fasten the housing there are brackets or a clamp for a 35mm mounting rail.
